"I'm not in love with her, but I care about her. Now answer my question!"

Ame's face tightened up.
"... Have I really changed that much?" She asked "You really don't remember me?" She pulled her arm from the blade with a pained cry and then stood up turning into her human form.

"Kanna Hajima ring any bells?" She asked sitting down in a puddle of what was either blood or oil "Yuki was my entire world! She was the nicest person I ever met, she was the only thing that made me feel like I was worth something, a-a-and the- then you- then you came along ..." She started to sob "You stole her from me ... You took the one good thing in my life away from me!" She was furious now and got to her feet, the hem of her dress saturated with a sticky black liquid that was starting to dry up "And you don't even love her! Yuki deserves a man who would love her! She doesn't deserve to make the same mistake I did!"

"...what? What are you even talking about?" He demanded, hesitating to strike at her in her human form, "I don't know you...I don't remember you...but you were associated with Yuki? What? I...I don't understand!"

"Whale Impact!" Kaisu shouted as he slashed the card. He sprayed it over the group and walked over to Ame. He snapped a pair of handcuffs onto her.

"Sorry, but we'll need to restrain her." He told Ren.

R4 was huffing against Life Search before turning to see Rescue Taker being surrounded.

"Mantis Impact." She muttered determindly, pulling the tool out of the clip on her belt and clamping her Commander onto it. She opened it and swiped it quickly before charging the blade. She charged and slashed down on a vine with it and watched as it shredded. A deep gash appeared in the cockpit of Rescue Taker as she did so.

"Shame." She muttered as she reached in and clambed into Cross' vehicle.

"Hello." She chimed wearily.

"We need to do a Final Rescue!" Cross told Nakida, looking back at her for the briefest of seconds.

Ame was on her knees, coughing up a slimy translucent liquid. She looked up weakly at Ren.
"You ... bas-," Her eyes tolled backwards and she fell to the ground.

Sakura kicked off of Hitofuki and Jishin sending them staggering back.
"We need to leave, now!" Arashi barked.
"We can't leave Ame!" Hitofuki shouted back at his commander.
"Well we are! Move!" He shouted.

Hitofuki looked back forlornly at Ame and then at Ren.
"You touch a hair on her head and I will end you!" He shouted as the three ran off.

[OOC: I've totally forgotten what Rescue Taker's Final Rescue was, do you have the profile for it anywhere?]

"Right... Bullet Crash." Nakida nodded. She pulled out the keys and pressed the plipper and waited for the door to close.

"Come on then."

Ren hauled Ame up, glaring at her. He wanted to hurt her for things she had said, but he didn't. He threw her into Kaisu's grip, "Take care of her." He muttered.

"Right." Kaisu nodded. He placed her into the back seat and tied her down.

"Cross, Nakida, request for a Final Rescue. Ren and I will evacuate the rest."

"I'll take care of the church." Ren told Kaisu, running off to get to his new wife and the others still stuck inside.

"Got it, Captain Todoroki?" Cross replied to Kaisu/ asked Hikaru.
"Final Rescue Approved! Explosively suppress it!" Hikaru replied from the Control Room.

"Right! Final Rescue, Bullet Crash!" Cross swiped a card through his commander and the Rescue Taker broke free from the vines and launched into the sky ... "Target Lock ..." Cross called as a pathway that cut straight through several of the monster plants was selected "GO!"

Rescue Taker soared straight through several of the vines, drilling through the plants soft flesh and freezing them as they began to fall to the floor. Rescue Taker came out of the other end and skidded to a halt as the giant plants all over the village collapsed. Cross looked behind him at the collapsing vegetation and fist pumped.
"Get in!"

Ren reached the church, watching as the Final Rescue happened, "Everyone, I think we're safer in here for the moment. Just wait."

"Cross, you idiot!" Kaisu shouted he was under a forzen dome. "That was a bit too early." He muttered before stowing his Rescue Crusher away and using his Break Pick to break his way out.

"Sorry." He amended.

"Ah! Sorry!" Cross shouted panicking

"You-" Ame's face twisted up and she groaned "Owww," She looked up at Kaisu, still bleeding and coughing up something that was more mechanical than organic "... I'm r-really cold,"

"Ren," Kenji said over the comm-link "Do you want to explain to me just what the Hell that was?"

"Deal with it." Kaisu muttered coldly, looking away.

He cancelled his transformation and climbed into the Driver's seat.

"Ren, what's going to happen now?"

As Ren was getting the people out of the church, he touched his link, "What do you mean? In the fight with Ame?" He questioned.

"That, the wedding and Ame herself." Kaisu replied.

"P-please," She whined "I-it really hurts ... I can't," Ame broke into violent coughing "I can't breathe ..."

"Yes, I mean that," Kenji said "You don't get angry, you don't go and do that to someone?"

"She made me mad when she talked about my wedding, about Yuki." Ren replied, "I...I just had to do that. She got through to me through Yuki. And...she was a human, once..."

"Nakida..." Kaisu called wearily. Nakida jumped out of the vehicle and rushed into Core Scuba. She and Kaisu dragged her back into Life Search and linked her up to life support.

"She's mostly machine, so... I don't know too much." Nakida admitted.

Cross ran after them.
"Why can't we leave her?" He growled.
"Because we're Rescue Force," Sakura told him "It's our job ..."[/b

[b]"I need to talk to you about this," Kenji said to Ren over a radio link "... Off the record, can you come back to the Phoenix, get changed, cleaned up and then meet me in the Control Room?"

"Kenji, I'm coming." Ren said, about to head for the Phoenix. He rushed to Yuki first, "Yuki, can you go home? I'll be back, soon."

"Yeah, ok, Ren. I'll be waiting for you."

He nodded and ran off for the Phoenix.

"Cross, last time we had the chance to kill them, we lost control of ourselves." Nakida warned. "And she's probably only the same age as me..."

"And we'll need to question her. Also, I don't want dead cyborg in my car." Kaisu added.

"... Fine," Cross growled.

"Come on." Nakida said wearily, pulling the pin on her suit. She loaded it into the daiper-changing-compartment-thingie and lead Cross into the driver's area. She put him in the passenger's seat and drove back to the Phoenix, Core Scuba in tow.
