Ten years have passed since the end of the series.

A new Rescue Force team, led by Hikaru Todoroki, the second R1, is now monitoring Extreme Disasters. Some new group has popped up apparently and is causing trouble. End City, Neo City, and Komakai Village are in danger, and the people must be saved by Hikaru's new Rescue Force. You join as a member of Rescue Force and do what they are meant to do.
