So, we're going so a bit of pretty nice Character Development here, and I think it might be time to up the game a bit:

Arashi the creator of Ame, Hitofuki and Jishin has decided that these proxy's just aren't getting the job done. So he decides to do it himself ...

Already knowing all about Ren and the teams rather questionable past he starts leaking secrets to the media while making it seem that Kenji is the one circulating the rumours. With the team being plagued by nosy reporters, moral guardians and people who want to use these stories to bring the organization down Arashi catches them completely off guard with his initial attack.

The new disaster machine, an Extreme Disaster Generator Extreme (EDGE) starts tearing Neo City apart while Arashi himself gives the three commanders upgraded "Lightning Modes" that are faster, stronger and more destructive than ever as well as wielding control over electricity. Rescue Force don't stand a chance. Unless they can get Great Rescue Max finished ...

Meanwhile, Akiko Yamazaki is stealing whatever pieces of high-technology she can get and creating the deadly Crisis Force made up of herself a morally corrupt politician, a fledgling killer just as twisted as Cross used to be, an assassin hired by the mafia who's got Kaisu in his sights, a teenage delinquent who revels in violence and Sakura's father Hiro Ryusaki.

The only thing that can stand up to the power of Crisis Force is Project Seraph. A power up for the Rescue Suits that draws power from the users Rescue Soul and then pushes them past their limits allowing Ren, Cross, Kaisu, Nakida and Sakura to save anyone from anything ...[This Arc only needs to be short, one big conflict bridging the Neo Terra arc with the Stone Corruption Empire one]

And then we can move onto the SCE Arc.

So the thing first arc ends in just 11-13 episodes?

Nice thing with the 'EDGE'.

Reminds me of Goseiger, with the short arcs making the overall story.

She wants total control over the world and feels that Rescue Force's technology is wasted on saving lives when it could be used for conquest.
Armor color: Black undersuit, grey armour and lines, yellow visor.
Vehicle: Akiko drives the Crisis Diver, a remodelled Rescue Diver armed with air-air and air-ground missiles and has been painted black.

Description: Wears a purple hoodie and black jeans, no shoes or socks oddly enough. His hair is wild and unkempt and his eyes are unblinking and always glancing around.
Bio: (He's going to be Cross's counterpart) Isamu Miyamoto killed his mother when he was just 9 years old, then his father and little sister by slitting their throats. Personality: Psychotic doesn't say it enough, Isamu likes killing people any way he can. He also makes detailed notes on what he's doing and talks to his victims as he kills them asking them what and how they feel, usually in a really creepy way.

Vehicle: Isamu Pilots Crisis Striker. A remodelled version of Rescue Striker that uses it's Water Cannons to blast through buildings, it's been painted black.

Description: A huge muscley Albino dressed in a black suit with a blue tie. Rarely wears a facial expression. His hair is slicked back and a sort of silvery white.
Bio: (This guys Kaisu's to deal with if that's okay) "The Brick" is a hitman sent after Kaisu Sanyura. After finding out he was a member of Rescue Force he tried to rethink his strategy and somehow Akiko Yamazaki found out. Akiko promised him the power to make Kaisu Sanyura a thing of the past, and he took it.
Personality: "The Brick" rarely speaks but when he does he is very polite and speaks fluent Japanese, Italian and English. Despite first impressions he is extremely smart and knows how to fight with an acute knowledge of pressure points and martial arts skills.
Armor color: Black undersuit, purple armour and lines, yellow visor
Vehicle: A black version of Rescue Crane titled Crisis Crane. It is armed with several heavy artillery weapons in the crane arm, rocket launchers, machine guns etc.

Bio: Yuusuke took Nakida in when she was just a little girl. And she repaid them by burning their house down, killing his dog and destroying their whole lives. He hates Nakida Sassu and when Akiko Yamazaki did a little digging she'd soon found the perfect weapon to use against R4 ...
Personality: He has a short temper that will make him go around torturing people, asking things they obviously don't know. And by "short temper" I mean if he gets peeved at a shop display, he'll go in with a gun and kill half the people in the shop, torture the rest and then tie them up and blow the shop up.
Armor color: Black undersuit, red armour and lines, yellow visor

Description: Big, a bit chubby and bald. A middle-aged Japanese man.
Bio: Hiroto Ryusaki "likes" little-girls, and the easiest ones he could get were Sakura and her sister Yuri. But after Ren beat the shit out of him he decided to get both his daughters back. Akiko mainly employed him as a piece of psychological weaponry against Sakura.
Personality: Pretty sullen, and quick to anger. Very creepy if your left alone with him (If you're a girl then he will start touching you). Hates Ren and Sakura with a passion.
Armor color: Black undersuit, dark grey armour and lines, yellow visor
I almost feel guilty for writing him as so stereotypically pedophile-y xD I thought I was less cliched than that!

The Crisis Smasher is a weapon each member is equipped with. It has six modes:

Pick = Scythe, not the other way around.

Also, Crisis Zamber - Spear Mode, Trident Mode
Spear Mode is like the Javelin mode. It spins the top of the blades while an energy charge starts.
Trident Mode splits it in have like the Haken mode of the Rescue Zamber. You can close it up slightly and then a third blade appears to form the trident.
